How can I update my originator profile?

Keeping your profile up to date is essential for maximizing your visibility and ensuring potential borrowers and brokers can connect with you effectively.

Here’s how to update your information on Janover Pro.

Step 1: Log in to Your Janover Pro Account

  • Go to janover.pro and log in using your credentials.
  • Once you’re logged in, you’ll be directed to the main dashboard.

Step 2: Access Your Profile

  • In the top right corner of the page, click on Profile.
  • You’ll be taken to your profile page, where you can update your professional information.

Step 3: Update Your Profile Information

To update your general profile details:

  1. In the Your Profile box, click “Update”.
  2. You will be prompted to add or edit the following information:
    Profile Picture/Logo:
    • Upload a professional headshot or your company’s logo.
    • Phone Number: Ensure your contact information is accurate for potential borrowers.
    • Title/Bio: Write a brief description that showcases your expertise and lending focus.
  3. Once you’re satisfied with your updates, click “Save”.

Step 4: Update Your Address

If you need to update your address:

  • Follow the same steps as above but this time, locate the Address Box on your profile page.
  • Click “Update” and enter the new address.
  • Click “Save” to confirm the changes.

Step 5: Changing Your Email Address

Currently, users cannot change their email address directly through the platform.

  • To update your email address, please contact support at support@pro.janover.co.
  • Include your current email address and the new email address you’d like to use.
  • Our support team will verify the request and make the necessary updates.
