How do I use Janover Pro's marketplace?

You don't need to wait for deals to come to you.

With Janover Pro's marketplace, originators can proactively search for deals that match their lending criteria and reach out to potential borrowers or brokers.

Here’s how you access and navigate the marketplace:

Step 1: Access the Marketplace

  • Log in to Janover Pro using your credentials at janover.pro.
  • Once logged in, click Marketplace in the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Browse Available Deals

Once inside the marketplace, you can:

  • View All Deals: Scroll through all active deals currently listed in the marketplace.
  • Filter Deals by Credit Box: If you have a credit box set up, you can choose to view deals that specifically match your lending criteria.
    • This is a powerful way to focus only on deals that align with your lending preferences, making it easier to find the right opportunities.
    • Note: Keeping your credit box up to date ensures you don’t miss out on relevant deals.

Step 3: Review Deal Details

  • To see more information on a deal, click on the deal title.
  • A new page will open, displaying the deal overview and basic information.
  • Some deal information, such as documents and in-depth financials, may be hidden initially.

Step 4: Request Access to Deal Information

If a deal piques your interest but has restricted access:

  • Click “Request Access” on the deal page.
  • The deal owner will receive a notification about your request.
  • Once the deal owner approves the request, you will be able to view the full deal information, including documents, financials, and other relevant data.

Step 5: Start a Conversation

Once access is granted, you can:

  • View complete deal details and all attached documents.
  • Reach out directly to the deal owner to ask questions, discuss terms, or proceed with next steps.
