# How can I change my email address in Janover Pro?

Need to update the email you use to access your Janover Pro account? While users can't change their email on their own (yet!), our support team is here to help you make the switch quickly and securely.

#### **Step 1: Contact Support**

To change your email address, you'll need to reach out to our team directly.

- Send an email to: [**support@pro.janover.co**](mailto:support@pro.janover.co)
- In your message, make sure to include:  
    - The **email address you currently use** to log in.

- - The **new email address** you’d like to use going forward.

🛡️ **Tip:** For security reasons, please send the request from your *current* login email when possible. This helps us verify your identity faster.

#### **Step 2: Wait for Confirmation**

Once we receive your request, our support team will:

1. **Verify your identity.**
2. **Update your account** with the new email address.
3. **Confirm the change** via email.

This process typically takes **less than one business day**.
