How do I attach files to my messages?
Sending emails is now more powerful on Janover Pro. In addition to crafting personalized messages and selecting your target lenders, you can now attach important documents directly to your outreach — giving originators everything they need to evaluate your deal in one place.
Step 1: Start Your Email Outreach
Begin your email process by:
- Selecting the lenders you want to reach out to.
- Writing your message, including a clear subject line and customized body text.

Step 2: Attach Files
Once your email content is ready:
- Scroll to the section below the email signature editor.
- You’ll see the option to “Attach Files”.
- Click on Attach Files and select one or more documents from your device that you want to include.
📌 Tip: Attach any supporting materials that will help the originator make an informed decision — such as your rent rolls, financials, or property photos.
Step 3: Send Your Email
- After attaching your files and reviewing your message, click "Send Email."
- Each selected originator will receive the email with your attachments included, making it easier for them to engage without needing to request more information.
