How do I find lenders for international deals?

Some investors focus on real estate investment projects globally, for various reasons. These can be highly complex transactions, as different countries and territories mean different layers and levels of regulation, just to get started.

Janover Pro does not offer support for deals that are outside the United States, whether in Canada or much further afield.

While some lenders listed on Janover Pro may, indeed, offer financing for international projects, this is not something tracked by or listed on our platform. We are not currently planning to introduce this as a feature (due to limited demand and extremely high costs of accurately building an international-facing search feature).

Janover Pro also does not support lender searches for properties in U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.).
