# How do I search for lenders?

Finding the right lender for your deal is simple and efficient with Janover Pro. Our platform analyzes your OM/deal to provide you with lender results that are a fit for your exact deal type, location, and specific loan needs.

Follow the steps below to get started:

---

#### **Step 1: Create Your Offering Memorandum**

Click on "Deals" from **any page on the platform.**

- We have an in-depth, step-by-step guide for this process [here](https://click.janover.co/pro-starting-guide/how-do-i-create-and-send-my-oms/deals?hsLang=en).

---

#### **Step 2: Ensure All Details About Your Deal Are Present**

Otherwise, it's highly likely your lender list may contain some lenders that don't meet your needs. Pay close attention to the property type, geographical information, loan amount, and other characteristics when creating your deal.

---

#### **Step 3: Review Your Results**

- Janover Pro displays **10 lenders per page**, underneath filters applied from your deal.
    - Learn more about how our filters work [here](https://click.janover.co/pro-starting-guide/how-do-i-use-filters-to-find-lenders-effectively?hsLang=en).
- Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the results to browse through additional matches.

---

#### **Final Tips**

- **Be specific in your OM:** The better you define your financing needs, the better your results will be.
- **Want to send your deal to one of your own contacts?** You can easily add them to your private contact list in Janover Pro: [Here's how](https://click.janover.co/pro-starting-guide/how-do-i-add-contacts?hsLang=en).
- **Need help?** [Our support team](mailto:support@janover.pro) is always here if you have questions.

---

By following these steps, you'll be able to quickly connect with lenders that best suit your deal requirements on Janover Pro.
