In most cases, your login email will be the same email you used to subscribe to on Stripe. This is the email tied to your billing and account access.

However, there are exceptions:

  • Your email may have been manually updated by our team at your request.
  • If your company has multiple seats, you may be using a different email than the billing contact.

Step 2: Check Your Stripe Invoice

If you’re unsure what email you signed up with:

  • Locate your latest Stripe invoice (check your inbox or company records).
  • The email on the invoice is most likely the one associated with your Janover Pro login.
