Why don't I see anything after logging in?
If you've logged into Janover Pro but your dashboard appears empty or you're not seeing any deals, contacts, or activity, there are a few potential reasons. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
1. You Haven’t Signed Up Yet
If this is your first time hearing about Janover Pro or if you haven’t gone through our onboarding process yet, you may not have an active account.

2. Your Account Is No Longer Active
If you previously had access to the platform but are no longer seeing any information, it’s possible your account access has been deactivated or revoked.

3. You’re Using the Wrong Login Email
Sometimes users create or receive access with a different email address than the one they’re currently using to log in. If you're logging in with an unlinked or incorrect email, your dashboard may appear empty.
